This isn’t a typical “hand-it-over-and-hope-for-the-best” web design process. The Collaborative E-Commerce Design service is built around working with you, not just for you. Here’s how we’ll do it:
- Four Half-Day Sessions: We’ll meet online via Google Meet (or in person if preferred) to work on your site together. Each session is focused, actionable, and designed to make real progress.
- Session Recordings & Notes: After every session, you’ll receive a recording and transcription (or a screen recording for in-person sessions) so you can revisit everything we discussed and implemented.
- Flexible Scheduling: If you choose the monthly payment option, sessions are spaced every four weeks to give you time to implement changes. If you pay upfront, we can schedule weekly sessions for an accelerated process.
- Hands-On Collaboration: From understanding your goals to refining your e-commerce flow, optimising content, and setting up tracking and SEO, every step is tailored to your business needs.

My primary platform of choice is WordPress, where I bring over 20 years of experience working with its flexible, powerful ecosystem. For e-commerce, I specialise in WooCommerce, with 15 years of expertise in customising stores using bespoke code and plugins to meet unique business needs. WordPress and WooCommerce are my go-to solutions because they offer unmatched versatility, scalability, and control for growing businesses.
That said, I also have experience working with other platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and others, and I am happy to collaborate with clients using these systems. However, I avoid working with Magento, as it doesn’t align with my approach to creating streamlined, cost-effective solutions.
No matter your platform (except Magento!), I am here to help you optimise your e-commerce store and create a seamless customer experience.
How do the e-commerce design sessions work?
The sessions are conducted online via Google Meet, allowing me to provide both recordings and transcriptions afterwards for your reference. This ensures you can revisit everything we discuss and implement during the sessions at your convenience.
While online sessions are preferred for this reason, I can accommodate in-person sessions if required (see Terms & Conditions for travel charges). In such cases, we’ll provide a screen recording of all activities completed during the session to ensure nothing is missed.
If you choose the monthly payment option, the sessions will be scheduled every four weeks, giving you time to implement changes between meetings.
However, if you opt to pay upfront, you have the flexibility to schedule weekly sessions for an accelerated store-building process.

How does it all work?
This is a 1-to-1, hands-on process where we’ll work together over four half-day sessions to transform your e-commerce site into a growth engine for your business.

Investment required
You have two payment options to choose from:
- Single Upfront Payment: €2400 + VAT
- This option allows you to schedule weekly sessions, enabling you to significantly accelerate the development timeline.
- Monthly Payment Plan: 4 monthly payments of €650 + VAT (€2600 + VAT total)
- This option includes 4 sessions, each spaced one month apart.
Terms & Conditions
- Pricing and Payment:
- All services are subject to the agreed-upon pricing structure outlined above.
- Pricing excludes VAT.
- For the monthly payment plan, all 4 payments must be made by direct debit and are non-refundable.
- Session Scheduling and Cancellation:
- For the monthly payment plan, all sessions must be booked at the same time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur an additional monthly payment.
- In-Person Sessions:
- A minimum charge of €55 + VAT per hour applies for travel time.
- A minimum of 2 hours of travel time per session will be charged. If travel time exceeds 2 hours, additional time will be charged on a pro-rated basis at the same hourly rate.
- Third-Party Costs:
- The cost of third-party services, such as hosting, premium plugins, stock images, SSL certificates, and domain registration, is not included and will be billed separately.
- For WordPress sites, any premium themes or custom theme development costs are also considered additional expenses.
- Additional Services:
- Any additional services requested outside the scope of this agreement may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
- Ownership and Licensing:
- Upon full payment, ownership of the website design and development will transfer to the client. However, any third-party tools or plugins used will remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
- Liability Disclaimer:
- The developer is not responsible for any third-party service outages or issues related to hosting providers or external integrations.
